We deliver orders across India. After processing, your order will be shipped and delivered within 8Β to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but rest assured, we aim to ensure a timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above β‚Ή499.
  • For orders below β‚Ή499, a flat shipping rate of β‚Ή50 will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can check the status of your order by following the link or by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Locations

6. Undelivered Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or any other reason, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange for re-delivery (shipping costs may apply), or you can request a refund minus the shipping charges.

7. Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we will update this policy if this changes in the future.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
